Accommodation Tariffs

All the tariffs include 15 % GST, are for one night and are in NZ$.

CANCELLATION POLICIES:

(1) PRIVATE GUESTS

Our period for cancellation is 48hours before the 1pm check in time - any cancellation, or failure to cancel, after this time will incur a charge of 1 nights acommodation unless we are able to re-let the unit(s).

(2) CORPORATE,TOUR GROUPS AND SPORTS TEAMS

Cancellation Policy is by negotiation at the time of confirming your booking.

IF NO CANCELLATION POLICY IS NEGOTIATED THEN THE GUEST POLICY WILL PREVAIL.
